Booking instructions
To make a booking in our hostels, guest-houses and mini-hotel you can:

- send a request by email: old_flat@mail.ru, oldflatgostel@gmail.com
- by filling out a special form "Booking online" in the bottom of the page. Please, fill all the required fields and wait for the confirmation of your booking
There is no extra charge for a booking service. For a guaranteed booking it is enough to pay for the first night of your stay. Payment has to be made in 2 working days after the confirmed request. In case of delay in a payment, please, make your request once more
In case of unguaranteed booking, check-in in the mini-hotel is strictly from 12.00 till 13.00, in the hostels and guest-houses - 13.00-14.00. If you don't check-in in the mentioned period, your booking is to be cancelled. Therefore, please specify the correct time of you arrival in advance.
