Memo for a foreign citizen

Hostel is a host while settlement of a foreign citizens. It notifies the regional office of the Federal Migration Service in 1 day about arrival of a foreign citizen, performs all necessary actions associated with the registration of foreign citizens, and is responsible for compliance with the rules of residence. All required steps are undertaken by the administration of the hostel/hotel. Based on the documents presented by the foreign citizen the host fills out a form notifying the arrival of a foreign citizen in the place of residence. Further, within 1 business day following the day of the arrival of a foreign citizen, the host directs the said form, copy of the passport of a foreign citizen and migration card to the regional office of the Federal Migration Service or sends mail.
